1.About CloudJune

CloudJune Technologies (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“CloudJune”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a world-class software and IT company with operations in India, UAE, Singapore, and soon in the USA and Saudi Arabia.

2.Registration and Eligibility

To access certain Services, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

8.Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudJune and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10.Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services for any reason, at any time, without notice. We may also terminate your access for breach of these Terms.

11.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law’s provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for the resolution of all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Services.

12.Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CloudJune with respect to your access to and use of the Services. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, are superseded by these Terms.

13.Amendment

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Services. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

14.Severability

If any provision of these Terms is considered to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms by us shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
